How do you price items?
Pricing tracks current market rates and is reviewed regularly. If a listing looks out of step with what you are seeing elsewhere, get in touch and we will take another look.
Can I ask for more photos?
Always. Message us with the listing name and we will send additional shots of any surface, edge, or page you want to see before buying.
Do you take trades or buy collections?
Sometimes, depending on what it is. Send a list with rough condition notes and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
How is everything packed?
Cards ship in sleeves and top loaders inside a rigid mailer. Books and comics are bagged, boarded where appropriate, and padded. Everything ships with tracking.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 14 days with photos. If it arrived worse than described, we cover the return and refund you.
